Store Building

The designed building materials store based on a regular rectangle is located in the southern part of the investment area.

It is a one-story building with a built-in two-story break and office rooms part, covered with a gable roof with a slight slope.

The main entrance to the store will lead from the parking lot located in the central part of the plot. On the ground floor, there is a metal and construction materials shop with staff and sanitary facilities, a cloakroom, and three administrative rooms, as well as a toilet, for customers also. On the first floor, there are changing rooms for employees, a dining room, a server room, and a technical space serving the shop and functionally connected to it.

The neighborhood of the designed shop stands up with most office and retail architecture, using modern materials characteristic of such functions.

The architectural form of the commercial building fits in by using modern elevation materials – metal coffers, and large window displays, with subdued colors in shades of noble gray and graphite.

On the plot, there is also an existing shop owned by the investor and a warehouse serving this shop. On the adjacent plot stands a 3-story office building and a small outbuilding.

Entrances to the project site will lead from the main street via existing exits in the northern and central portions of the lots.

In the central part, large parking lots were designed for customers of both shops and the office building, on the perimeter of both plots, along the eastern border, a road for trucks was designed, which also serves as a fire road.
